(623)
476-0800 - Available 24 Hours!
St. John Vianney has an
Attendance Hotline for parents to call to report an absence.
Instead of the old procedure of calling the main number and waiting
for your call to be transferred, calling the Attendance Hotline will
connect you to an automated attendant that will allow you to leave a
message. The greeting explains what information is required when
reporting an absence: (1) The child's name, (2) your name, (3)
the child's grade / homeroom teacher, and (4) the reason for the
absence.
To
avoid unnecessary delays, and to reduce the phone calls that the
secretaries handle in the mornings, please use the hotline number:
(623) 476-0800. The hotline is available 24-hours a day, so feel
free to call in your child the night before if you would like.
Thank you for your cooperation.

Register TODAY to update your
notification preferences
Effective immediately, SJV will be utilizing a NEW
system to improve communications between home and school. The
Honeywell Instant Alert system provides a convenient way for our
school to deliver timely information and reminders WITHOUT the need to
send home any flyers. The system calls your phone number, and a
computer reads important messages sent from the school. After
registering on the Honeywell site, you will be able to customize a
variety of features to suit your individual preferences. You may
have messages delivered to your cellular phone, email, Blackberry
device / PDA, or as a text message. You may also select your
language preference of English or Spanish. All messages sent via
the IAS will show as originating from our school's phone number -
623-932-2434. Please review the documents
below to get started today!
Introduction Letter
Instructions for Registration
